With nearly two decades of experience in the beauty and skincare industry, Melissa Holley brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as a Licensed Medical Esthetician at Access Aesthetics. Before joining the team, Melissa successfully owned and operated Merle Norman Cosmetics & Skincare and Alley Catz Formal Wear for almost 20 years, where she built lasting relationships with clients and developed a deep appreciation for helping others look and feel their best.

Driven by her dedication to continued growth and a desire to return to hands-on client care, Melissa pursued her esthetics education at the Aveda Arts & Institute in her 40s. Her commitment to excellence and genuine care for her clients shine through in every treatment she provides.

Melissa specializes in results-oriented skin therapies that blend modern technology with a soothing, personalized touch. Her favorite treatments include microneedling, chemical peels, and IPL Lumecca, as well as tranquil facials designed to restore both skin health and relaxation.
